We are seeking a highly skilled Biology Expert to join our team at Tech Mahindra. As a Biology Expert, you will be responsible for evaluating and labeling diverse content types such as audio, video, text, and images.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Ph.D. in any discipline of Biology or related fields with advanced knowledge of core Biology concepts. They should also have 2+ years of teaching experience at College/University/Institutes and demonstrate a deep understanding of advanced Biology topics, including problem-solving in Mechanics.
The successful candidate will have strong logical reasoning, decision-making skills, and the ability to multitask. They should be able to work on time-sensitive projects and rotational shifts, and have basic computer skills including a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate advanced Biology concepts and their explanations for accuracy.
- Develop and document comprehensive step-by-step solutions for advanced Biology problems.
- Review various types of educational content to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Learn and apply client-specific terminology and platform languages for annotation tasks.
- Engage in calibration sessions with team members and clients to maintain alignment and accuracy.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
- A 30% hike on current/last CTC.
- A 3-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.
- A flexible working schedule with rotational shifts.
