We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled instructor to join our team and contribute to the educational advancement of learners nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Deliver live interactive sessions to a diverse group of learners, focusing on web development, computer science, and data science.
Content Development: Collaborate with our curriculum team to develop compelling course materials, lesson plans, and projects that cater to the needs of our learners.
Student Engagement: Foster an inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and engagement through interactive sessions and feedback.
Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance through assignments and projects, providing constructive feedback to facilitate learning and growth.
Technical Support: Assist students with technical challenges and troubleshoot coding issues during sessions, ensuring a smooth learning experience.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in web development, computer science, or data science. Deep understanding of real-world projects and workflows is essential.
Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching or training roles, with a focus on B2C formats, is highly desirable.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, strong organizational and time-management skills, and a drive to work in unstructured and fast-paced environments.
