Visual Designer Role

Bik is revolutionizing eCommerce growth with intelligent campaign orchestration.

As a key member of our team, you will craft polished, user-friendly interfaces in Figma while producing visually compelling marketing and brand assets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create graphic design assets for digital and print aligned with brand guidelines.
  2. Develop illustrations, icons, and visual systems to support product and marketing needs.
  3. Produce clean and elegant motion graphics or short videos for social or marketing use.
  4. Design clean, engaging, and scalable UI designs for web and mobile (Figma).
  5. Work closely with marketing, product managers, and developers to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  6. Conduct quality checks and ensure pixel-perfect execution in final outputs.
  7. Translate feedback into design improvements without compromising brand integrity.
  8. Stay updated on visual design trends, UI patterns, and emerging tools.
  9. Contribute to building and evolving the design system for consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience as a visual, graphic, or motion designer.
  3. Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc).
  4. Portfolio demonstrating graphic design work, motion videos, and UI projects (web/mobile).
  5. Strong grasp of branding and style guides with a sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
  6. Experience designing for digital, social media, and print platforms.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with AI design tools, prototyping tools, and design systems.
