Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Risk Analyst to lead our team in evaluating the creditworthiness of corporates. As a Credit Risk Manager, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive credit risk evaluations, analyzing financial statements and sector-specific risks, and conducting due diligence on potential investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective credit risk management strategies to minimize potential losses.
  • Analyze financial statements, business models, and industry trends to assess creditworthiness.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including site visits and discussions with rating agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes impacting the financial sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate credit calls and recommend risk mitigants.
  • Support the development of sector-specific credit frameworks and risk appetite statements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all credit evaluations and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful credit risk evaluation and mitigation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
