**Financial Operations Manager:**

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee end-to-end financial operations and ensure data accuracy and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize cash flow management and working capital utilization.
  • Monitor shipments, revenue recognition, and cost allocations for accurate profitability tracking.
  • Record all actuals correctly in the books of accounts, meeting business and statutory requirements.

**Management Information Systems (MIS) & Profitability Analysis:**

  • Develop MIS dashboards and reports on shipments, collections, profitability, and cost structures.
  • Analyze profitability at shipment, vertical, and entity level, highlighting key variances vs budgets/forecasts.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership on margin improvement, shipment performance, and cost efficiencies.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across all MIS functions.

**Accounting & Compliance:**

  • Drive accounting discipline across invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and internal reporting standards.
  • Partner with auditors and internal teams for transparent, manipulation-free reporting.

**Desired Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience.

- Proven experience in finance operations, MIS, and profitability tracking, preferably in logistics/supply chain-intensive industries.

- Strong MIS and accounting background with expertise in financial data analysis and reporting.

- Advanced skills in Excel, data modeling, ERP systems, and MIS dashboards.
