Job Title: Test Automation Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute automated test cases to validate software functionality.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Identify and report defects found during testing, and work with engineering teams to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the development of testing standards and best practices within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of software development principles and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Python, Java, or C++.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
