Graphic Designer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contractual basis with TeamLease payroll. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual with 1–3 years of experience in a digital-first setup.

About the Role:

  • Create visually compelling assets for digital campaigns, social media, short-form videos, and more.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and brand teams to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Maintain brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Contribute to ideation sessions with visual storytelling insights and creative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital aesthetics, platform-specific formats, and design trends.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a creative agency or digital-first brand setup.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, digital know-how, and creative range.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro is a bonus).
  • Ability to work on multiple briefs simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of social media design formats (especially Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Bonus: Basic motion design skills or an interest in learning.
