Healthcare Operations Coordinator

NKS Super Speciality Hospital seeks a detail-oriented professional to coordinate the daily operations of the In-Patient Department (IPD). As an IPD Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing patient admissions and discharges, ensuring efficient patient flow, maintaining accurate records, and addressing patient and family inquiries.
This full-time role is ideal for individuals with experience in managing healthcare services. Key qualifications include strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in healthcare management software, knowledge of hospital policies and regulatory requirements, and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
