Job Description:

This position involves serving as an industry authority on content and research methodologies for comprehensive reports.

  • Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for improvement, generating innovative ideas, and providing strategic input to fulfill complex client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develops in-depth knowledge of due diligence research and provides expert advice on report quality enhancements.
  2. Identifies best practices and recommends process improvements to drive business growth.
  3. Generates product improvement ideas, including data analysis and risk assessment techniques.
  4. Provides critical input on how to meet client requirements and supports pre-sale activities.
  5. Serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries regarding report content.
  6. Analyzes customer feedback and works with internal teams to resolve issues.
  7. Delivers training sessions to enhance staff skills and participates in industry webinars to stay updated.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience in Enhanced Due Diligence areas, such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Bribery and anti-Corruption (ABAC), Know Your Supplier (KYS), Third Party Risk Management, Investment Migration, or similar use cases.
  • Proven ability to understand customer EDD requirements and pain points, preferably from past experience in professional services or other due diligence firms.
  • Familiarity with EDD market solutions, industry trends, and relevant global due diligence regulations.
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Economics, Criminal Justice, Journalism, or International Relations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, analytical, writing, and presentation skills, including the ability to summarize information effectively from multiple sources.
