- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams">
- Experience in creating scalable architectures, workflows, and process flows">
- Skilled in troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving">
- Excellent communicator capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders">
- Stay updated with industry trends and lead innovative RD efforts in AI and automation">
Qualifications:
">Candidate should be a graduate/post-graduate with a strong academic record and a minimum of 9-10 years of experience with 4-6 years working as Technical Lead. Experience in .Net and SQL skills at minimum 2-3 years. Engineering from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute will be preferred.
