We're a cutting-edge technology firm, Ziksatech, looking for an exceptional IT Recruiter & Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. This is a thrilling opportunity to embark on a revenue-sharing journey in US IT recruitment and bench sales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in US IT recruitment and/or bench sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They will be proficient in using recruitment tools, ATS systems, and job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and identify qualified IT professionals through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for a variety of technical roles.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Bench Sales Professional Responsibilities:

  • Identify and market bench candidates (consultants) by connecting with vendors and clients for suitable contract opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts to ensure mutual benefits.
  • Monitor job boards and liaise with recruiters to place bench consultants effectively.
  • Ensure prompt follow-ups, timely submissions, and effective communication with consultants and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in US IT recruitment and/or bench sales with a successful track record.
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and work authorization types.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS systems, and job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
