Regional Head - South Asia

This role involves overseeing business strategy for the region, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, and leading cross-functional teams to drive results.

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify regional opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and process improvements.
  • Lead and mentor sales managers, technical service managers, and other teams across the region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing.
  • Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work comfortably in a multicultural and remote environment.
  • Travel up to 50% required.
