Job Summary:

As a seasoned Sr Business Systems Analyst, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Forecast Planning within the Information Systems (IS) department, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Manufacturing and Supply Chain applications across all Masimo sites. The position requires working with cross-functional application support professionals to maintain the Company's core Oracle applications and integrations with various external systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Leverage an Agile Development methodology to identify critical functionality or performance gaps based on information from business partners and technology peers.
  • Implement and support Oracle Manufacturing and Supply Chain applications, including Inventory, BOM, WIP, ASCP, MRP, Engineering, Planning, and Purchasing.
  • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain business team members to understand business needs and assist with prioritizing stories in the Jira system.
  • Work with the ERP Business Systems Analyst team to create Solution Designs and configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business partners and stakeholders and development resources to integrate other business-critical systems with EBS.
  • Understand the challenges of turning designs and business requirements into technical solutions across various web and mobile platforms.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed documentation, including user stories, training material, and configuration documentation.
  • Ensure documentation meets applicable SOX and FDA regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Compliance team to ensure system compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Strive to deliver what the business needs, not just what was asked for.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5+ years as an Oracle EBS Business Systems Analyst, with experience in manufacturing, supply chain planning modules, and Agile Development methodologies.
  • Significant experience working in a discrete manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with full-life cycle implementations and configuring Inventory, BOM, WIP, ASCP, MRP, Engineering, Planning, and Purchasing modules.
  • Experience integrating PLM systems with parts and assemblies in EBS.
  • Experience with configurable BOMs and writing epics and user stories.
  • Experience reading and writing basic SQL queries and manipulating data in Oracle EBS.
  • Experience documenting and managing user acceptance testing.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word.
  • Experience in developing process flows using Microsoft Visio.
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with key business teams.
  • Experience with overall software development life cycle and phases.
  • Experience quickly understanding business processes and identifying technical solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Equivalent, demonstrated experience will also be considered.
