Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team.

This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing large-scale cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with GCP services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure architectures on GCP.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud infrastructure with application development and deployment processes.
  • Perform capacity planning, cost optimization, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of cloud resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP features and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve cloud infrastructure architecture and operations.
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with GCP services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure architectures.
  • Deep knowledge of IaC with Terraform.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and related tools (Helm, Kustomize).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
  • Experience with security, audit, and compliance best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
  • Certifications: relevant certifications (e.g., Kubernetes Certified Administrator, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect).
