Job Title:

Quality Assurance Manager

  • This is a senior quality assurance role requiring expertise in quality control procedures, team leadership and management.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Additionally, this position involves leading a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the highest level of performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the highest level of performance.
  3. Oversee the development of test plans, test automation, as well as the inspection and testing of systems at various stages of development to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and report on quality data to identify trends and take proactive measures to address potential quality issues.

Requirements:

This role requires strong knowledge and understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a systems development environment, ideally with corporate systems.

A bachelors degree in a relevant field is required; a masters degree is preferred.

Additional requirements include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues effectively.

Strong leadership and communication skills are also essential, along with the ability to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
