Digital Lending Partnerships Manager

About the Role
As a Digital Lending Partnerships Manager at SNAPFIND, you will be responsible for building supply for our Merchant Lending business by leading partnerships with leading NBFCs in India.
You will interact with CXO level leaders both internally and externally, identifying opportunities to grow the business and delivering efficient and responsive resolution to various partner issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- NBFC Alliances: Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to drive business growth.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities to expand our portfolio and deliver on business objectives.
- Process Adherence: Ensure that all regulatory and internal compliances are met and adhered to without fail.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders like Risk, Product, Legal, Finance, Payments, Customer Service for partner onboarding and integration activities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree from a tier 1 institute preferably IIT/NIT.
- MBA degree would be preferred.
- 3-5 yrs of experience preferably in financial services industry.
- Partnerships and/or Program/Project Management experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with and influence cross functional teams.
- Understanding of financial concepts especially around digital lending.
