We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Software Architect to join our team at Vritti Solutions Limited, Pune. This is a challenging role that requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

In this position, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring a team of .NET developers, ensuring the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software applications. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and making informed decisions to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Lead a team of .NET developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain .NET applications.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure on-time delivery. Break down project requirements into tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
  • Architecture and Design: Define and maintain the software architecture and design principles. Ensure that software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to achieve high-quality software.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills: Strong .NET Development Background: A deep understanding of the .NET framework, including C# and ASP.NET, and experience in developing .NET applications. Architecture and Design: Proficiency in software architecture and design patterns, with the ability to make architectural decisions that impact the scalability and maintainability of software.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of software developers, including task assignment, mentoring, and performance evaluation. Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to set project goals, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration within the team and with cross-functional departments and stakeholders. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately ₹1,200,000 per annum, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
