Job Role : Data Center Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions across enterprise verticals. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across core data center technologies, strong customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in high-impact environments.

The successful candidate will be part of a team that delivers tailored solutions for clients including BFSI, healthcare, and service providers. Key responsibilities will include hands-on implementation, migration, and support of complex infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Deliver across the PDIM lifecycle: Plan, Design, Implement, Migrate
  • Lead or support deployments in ACI (Single site, Multi-site, Multi-pod)
  • Deploy and support Nexus architectures (3-tier, collapsed core, VXLAN with L2/L3 stretch and DCI)
  • Implement and manage compute infrastructure (Cisco UCS, MDS)
  • Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Red Hat)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Interface directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Maintain high standards of quality and documentation
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in data center technologies
  • Strong expertise in Cisco ACI, Nexus, and UCS
  • Familiarity with VXLAN, DCI, and virtualization platforms
  • Experience with AI-ready infrastructure is a plus
  • Solid understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
  • Proven ability to work in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Certifications preferred: CCNP, CCIE (written or certified)
