As a trusted advisor, you will lead our compliance and security function, ensuring we meet regulatory requirements and protect sensitive data.

Your day-to-day will involve interpreting new regulations, driving program updates, and representing our security interests in customer calls and audits.

You will own risk assessments, policy governance, and third-party risk management workflows, collaborating with internal teams to implement and improve controls.

We're looking for someone with deep understanding of security frameworks, including ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, and DPDPA.

You'll work closely with engineering, cloud, and DevSecOps teams to ensure security solutions align with compliance goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and experience, working on complex projects and developing innovative solutions.

Key qualifications include strong communication skills, the ability to simplify complex topics, and a bias toward problem-solving and execution.

  • **Security Frameworks**: Deep understanding of ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, DPDPA, and other relevant frameworks.
  • **Cloud Security**: Understanding of modern cloud architectures and associated compliance controls.
  • **Risk Management**: Experience with internal audits, policy development, and third-party risk management.
  • **Communication**: Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex security and compliance topics.
