Key Responsibilities Include:- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner overnight
- Handle reservations and arrange for amenities like wake-up calls, taxis, and shuttle services
- Assist guests, VIPS, VVIPS in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
- Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts and process invoices
- Balance cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and verify receipts
- Prepare end-of-day reports and summary cash balances for hotel management
- Verify the completion of end-of-day tasks by previous shifts
- Communicate with other departments like housekeeping and maintenance to ensure service delivery
- Oversee the hotel safe and ensure the security of guest valuables
- Audit and reconcile the hotel's daily financial accounts, including revenue, charges, and payments
