Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced business leader to incubate and lead a new line of business - MSME loans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the organization's strategy and plans for a digital-first MSME business.
- P&L Management: Set pricing, optimize processes in coordination with other teams, and work closely with finance for business planning.
- Distribution Building: Collaborate with the marketing team to establish partnerships and build distribution channels.
- Talent Management: Hire and manage a team as necessary, ensuring high compliance standards.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in financial services, specifically in MSME lending and P&L management. Your experience should include managing multiple geographies, setting up and scaling distribution networks, and building partnerships.
You should possess hands-on experience in colending and digital lending processes, as well as a keen interest in data analysis and metrics tracking. A deep understanding of credit policies and operational processes is essential, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
