Key Responsibilities:
  • Pitch our diverse musical catalogue to influential industry leaders, securing coveted sync placements across various platforms.
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with global music supervisors, creative directors, and producers to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Monitor and track pitches, leads, and placements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities for our songs, including collaborations with labels, artists, and producers.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, industry demands, and content needs within the entertainment and advertising sectors.
  • Provide regular progress reports on activity, opportunities, and revenue growth.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in securing sync placements and building strong industry relationships.
  • Strong research skills for identifying potential sync opportunities and developing effective sync strategies.
  • Excellent contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Familiarity with the underground music scene is highly beneficial.
  • A degree in Music Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
