Facilities Operations Manager

As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee daily property operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Your role involves collaborating with facilities staff to prioritize tasks and optimize processes.
\- Develop administrative procedures to manage facilities efficiently.
- Maintain effective security protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships to secure optimal services and prices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and participate in emergency response planning.
- Monitor health and safety standards, reporting any issues promptly.
- Oversee budget management to ensure sufficient resources for facilities operations.
- Evaluate and improve vendor invoice processes.
In this role, you will address complex challenges and continually seek opportunities for operational enhancement. You will maintain close ties with the team to meet key performance metrics and service level agreements.
\To succeed in this position, you must possess:
\- A thorough understanding of property management principles.
- A degree in business or hotel and building management, coupled with at least three to five years of experience in facilities management.
- Precise knowledge of occupational health and safety practices, as well as client-centric operations.
