- The ideal candidate will address concerns and refund requests with accuracy and efficiency, providing solutions that meet our high standards.
- This role involves managing escalations across multiple channels, including chat, call, and email, to maintain a positive parent and student experience.
- You will mentor students to ensure effective app usage and maximize learning outcomes, taking ownership of their progress and well-being.
- Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work cross-functionally with various teams to resolve customer issues within stipulated timelines.
- Taking initiative and owning ad hoc requirements from internal teams will be essential in delivering swift and effective execution.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer experience or support roles.
