About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a multifaceted role in our organization. This position involves handling both front-end and back-end tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and managing relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating deal documents, such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across various sectors and geographies at different stages of their operations.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will advise and consult clients on structuring funding rounds, considering market conditions and suitable investor needs.

The selected individual must deliver high-quality services to clients while adhering to strict deadlines and managing multiple deals simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and handle front-end and back-end tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create deal documents, including pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across sectors and geographies.
  • Advise and consult clients on structuring funding rounds, considering market conditions and suitable investor needs.
  • Deliver high-quality services to clients while managing multiple deals simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Investment Analysis is preferred.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates are preferred.
  • Knowledge or prior experience with startup fundraising or venture capital industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required.
