We seek an enthusiastic AI Engineer to lead the development of voice AI systems and intelligent agents.

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and systems that deliver exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Development and Deployment: Develop and maintain AI-driven, real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents
  • Feature Development: Build low-latency, high-impact features that enhance user experiences
  • Pipeline Design: Design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines
  • Optimization: Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Success Metrics: Collaborate on defining and tracking success metrics for AI features

Technical Requirements:

  • Hands-on Experience: 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python or similar languages
  • Distributed Systems: Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments
  • API Design: Proficiency in API design
  • Generative AI: Proficiency with generative AI frameworks and tools
  • Large Language Models: Hands on experience with large language models, prompt engineering
  • Clean Code: Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS and deployment automation
  • Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and production debugging tools
  • Vector Databases: Familiarity with vector databases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Industry: Experience in Healthcare or financial services industry
  • AI Voice Assistants: Experience building AI voice assistants or conversational agents
  • Open-source Contributions: Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work
  • Multimodal AI Systems: Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputs
