We are seeking a seasoned professional to guide and scale our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) practice.

This senior role is designed for an individual with broad and deep knowledge across the CPG value chain, particularly in marketing strategy, pricing and revenue growth management, trade promotion and assortment planning, and consumer and market insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and functional expertise across domains such as pricing, marketing, trade, and innovation.
  • Act as a thought partner to clients and internal teams, bringing a strong industry lens to challenges and opportunities in revenue growth, portfolio optimization, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with client engagement leads to shape problem statements, solution approaches, and execution strategies.
  • Support multiple client engagements by providing subject matter input, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring industry relevance and strategic impact.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of professional experience in the CPG industry or consulting roles focused on CPG clients.
  • Deep functional knowledge across the CPG value chain, particularly in marketing strategy, pricing and revenue growth management, trade promotion and assortment planning, and consumer and market insights.
  • Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and analytics teams.
