Job Title: Community Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Community Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a collaborative community, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and managing day-to-day operations of the coworking space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Relations
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
    • Proactively identify and address member concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with members through active listening and feedback.
  • Tours & Onboarding
    • Conduct informative tours showcasing our facilities, amenities, and membership options to potential clients.
    • Lead the onboarding process for new members by providing comprehensive orientation and facilitating smooth integration into the community.
  • Community Development & Engagement
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for networking events, workshops, and social gatherings to encourage collaboration among members.
    • Foster meaningful connections and collaborations among members to strengthen the community.
    • Promote an inclusive, positive, and supportive culture that values diversity and engagement.
  • Space & Operations Management
    • Oversee day-to-day space operations, including reservations, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
    • Ensure the coworking space remains clean, fully functional, and well-maintained at all times.
    • Manage membership contracts, invoicing, and record-keeping to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Analyze data related to occupancy, space utilization, and member satisfaction to measure performance.
    • Prepare detailed reports and share insights with management to support decision-making and operational improvements.
