**Technical Consultant Role Summary**

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical aspects and be able to collaborate with functional teams to deliver seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Work on Oracle HCM modules with a focus on performance optimization and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Cloud implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical resolutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM.
  • Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Cloud applications.
  • Good understanding of Fusion Applications.
  • Proficiency in web services, SOAP/REST, APIs, and middleware.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
