Lead Fashion Merchandiser

We are seeking an accomplished fashion merchandising professional to oversee the B2B team's merchandising strategy, driving efficiency and excellence in garment construction, pattern making, and production planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing the buying cycle to ensure seamless procurement strategy and shortest production cycle.
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve on-time fulfillment rates and capacity planning.
  • Collaborating with vendors for sampling, quality standards, and performance monitoring.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on key performance indicators and sourcing metrics.
  • Training and mentoring team members, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Evaluating and analyzing new tools and technologies to automate processes and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Past experience in managing production or sourcing (ideally 2+ years).
  • Bachelor's Diploma/Degree in Fashion Technology or engineering in textile technology.
  • Exceptional understanding of garment manufacturing operations and processes.
  • Technical knowledge of pattern and fit development, AUTO CAD preferred.
  • Merchandise sourcing knowledge, experience in sample development and offshore production exposure.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills, digitally savvy with new technology implementation.
