Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical data engineering/analytics teams. This individual will be responsible for understanding complex data-driven business needs, translating them into precise technical specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of high-quality data products.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable, efficient, and robust data products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Sr. Data Analyst, or similar profile in the Retail domain.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, complex data transformations, strong SQL proficiency for data querying, analysis, and validation using Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and experience with tools like DBT, Apache Spark, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, or custom scripting.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
