About the Role

CuringBusy is seeking a skilled and imaginative Visual Communications Specialist to join their team. As a fully remote position, this role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including digital marketing, social media, and website design.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, digital assets, and designs that align with the company's brand and marketing strategies. This includes designing engaging graphics for social media posts, ads, and campaigns, as well as creating visually compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and design visuals for digital marketing, social media, websites, and other promotional materials.
  • E nsure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and overall aesthetics.
  • Design engaging graphics for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
  • Create visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and banners.
  • Assist with website design, including UI elements, landing pages, and other web-based graphics.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute design ideas that support our marketing goals.
  • Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to the designs to meet project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
