Senior Executive Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Analyst to lead our website's design and functionality.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Define and implement the website frontend roadmap aligned with business objectives.
    • Drive UI/UX improvements to ensure a seamless and brand-consistent experience across devices.
    • Partner with tech/design teams to deliver fast, responsive, and user-friendly pages.
  • Content & Creative Strategy
    • Manage and oversee all website content updates - banners, landing pages, product launches, and campaign rollouts.
    • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure creatives are optimized for engagement and conversions.
    • Own the content calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Feature Launches & Experimentation
    • Conceptualize and launch new website features to enhance engagement.
    • Drive personalization initiatives - custom user journeys, product recommendations, homepage variations.
    • Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize layouts, content placements, and new features.
    • Track outcomes of experiments and scale successful initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking & Insights
    • Monitor website KPIs: load speed, CTR, bounce rate, session time, conversion rate.
    • Build performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
    • Continuously improve frontend performance and user experience based on data and testing outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Work with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to align website initiatives with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize frontend features and improvements.
    • Act as the voice of the user, ensuring customer-centric thinking in all website decisions.
