Researcher in Multilingual Translation

We are seeking a highly motivated researcher to assist in our efforts on multilingual translation, domain-specific evaluation, and Large Language Model (LLM)-based modelling. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Reinforcement Learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with research scientists and team members to explore and advance Neural Machine Translation (NMT) research within the scope of the project.
  • Work on translation of entertainment domain content in various Indian and foreign languages.
Preferred Skills:
  • Multilingual LLM probing and representation analysis
  • Domain-specific NMT
  • Mixture of Experts (MoE) architectures
  • Unsupervised or low-resource NMT
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. or Masters in Computer Science background or Bachelor's with hands-on experience on Python with applications in Language Processing.
  • Excellent coding skills, especially in Python and PyTorch.
