Financial Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administrator to handle our company's financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, including filing of returns and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Tax and Compliance: Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations.
  • Document Management: Maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external vendors.
