Job Description:

The role entails direct customer interaction, responsible for acquiring Consumer Durable loan customers for a designated branch. You will explain and sell banking products to customers, acting as a link between customers and the bank, ensuring best-in-class service.

  • Meet and exceed defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer
  • Provide regular feedback to RM on opportunities and customer needs
  • Ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline, 0-2 years of experience in Sales.
