Our platform empowers restaurants in their digital transformation journey. We facilitate a seamless online presence across leading food delivery platforms.

We process over 3 million transactions every month and partner with numerous restaurants across India and the Middle East. Our work focuses on consistency, reliability, scalability, and agility.

As a key member of our Onboarding team, you will tackle complex problem statements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer satisfaction efficiently. This role requires someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

You will:

  • Develop a profound understanding of our products to assist customers in maximizing their digital experience.
  • Provide end-to-end support to customers during the onboarding process and post go-live, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with integration and Technical Account Manager teams to understand customer requirements and deliver viable solutions.
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Product & Engineering teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships by engaging with customers, striving to exceed expectations, and taking extra measures to ensure satisfaction.

Key qualifications include:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management, preferably in the SaaS space.
  • A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification (Engineering degrees preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, passion for problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other related platforms.

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a role involving digital transformation or technology implementation.
  • A basic understanding of API integration is advantageous but not mandatory.
