Job Purpose

Reliance Foundation Information Services (Platforms & Applications) team is seeking an experienced professional to manage Knowledge Management System activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, sharing, and maintaining various knowledge products, ensuring effective storage and distribution of developmental knowledge assets among the RF programme team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain knowledge assets from RF team members, categorizing them according to thematic areas, regional languages, and dissemination materials.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Knowledge Management Framework and Workflow.
  • Identify key challenges to the Knowledge Management System and develop strategies to improve the KMS process.
  • Analyze and report on the effective usage of the Knowledge Management System.
  • Provide status reports on knowledge assets uploaded in the KMS and pending approvals.
  • Coordinate with content production and dissemination teams to categorize content and provide inputs to stakeholders on content priorities.
  • Productize existing content into packages for different target audiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with KMS/tools and managing online data/content.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and a general comfort level working with technology systems.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
