About the Role

We are searching for a talented and experienced technical consultant to execute new Workday implementations and replace legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain various types of Workday integrations using tools like Enterprise Interface Builder, Core Connectors and Workday Studio.
  • Build and modify custom reports using Report Writer, calculated fields and Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct data conversions and migrations from legacy systems into Workday.
  • Manage and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all technical designs, configurations and integrations.
  • Partner with clients and third-party vendors to ensure smooth data flow and successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of integration protocols and formats such as SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, SFTP and PGP encryption.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes to design effective technical solutions.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a deep understanding of Workday's technical architecture.
  • Is passionate about solving complex integration challenges.
  • Can leverage their technical skills to deliver seamless solutions.

Technical Expertise Required

  • Deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB and Core Connectors.
  • Must hold Workday HCM and Integration certifications.

Workday Implementation Experience

  • A minimum of two full-cycle Workday implementation projects with a focus on technical delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-6 years of professional experience with at least 3+ years in a Workday-specific technical role.
