About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM UK Payroll Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP UK Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations and deliver high-quality payroll solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support the SAP HCM Payroll module for the UK payroll system.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in SAP Payroll and relevant HR modules, including Time Management and Personnel Administration.
  • Analyze, design, and implement payroll processes, reporting, and functionality aligned with UK payroll standards and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.
  • Support go-live and post-go-live activities, including end-user training and support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP HCM UK Payroll Consultant.
  • Extensive experience with SAP Payroll configuration specific to UK requirements.
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Proven experience in SAP Time Management, Personnel Administration, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
