Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to assume the position of Travel Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the travel industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide personalized travel services to clients through our Travel Desk.
  • To handle customer inquiries related to tour packages, hotel reservations, and travel suggestions.
  • To communicate effectively with suppliers and travelers.
  • To have extensive knowledge of Himachal Pradesh travel routes and be able to recommend itineraries.
  • To possess strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS-Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • To demonstrate effective time-management skills and a willingness to accept challenges.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel norms, internet, and email communication.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
