Content Creator Role

Craft compelling content that drives business goals and engages audiences.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop narratives that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research to maintain fresh and relevant content.
  • Apply SEO principles to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Ensure brand voice and tone consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage the content lifecycle from ideation to final approval.
  • Partner with designers to bring content to life through visually appealing formats.
  • Review and refine content provided by others, offering constructive feedback.
  • Use analytics to measure impact and adjust content strategy accordingly.
  • Mentor junior writers to enhance team output and quality.
Requirements:
  • 4-12 years of content experience in the IT industry with a proven track record of success.
  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience in writing for diverse formats and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in CMS tools, such as WordPress, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate in a fast-paced agile environment.
