Strategic Supply Chain Transformation Lead

As a Strategic Supply Chain Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through the effective application of data-driven strategies.

This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, procurement strategies, and planning methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop comprehensive solutions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data science strategy to optimize supply chain operations, aligning with procurement and planning objectives.
  • Lead the initiative to deploy scientific replenishment strategies in trade markets, leveraging advanced analytics techniques and machine learning algorithms.
  • Design and implement predictive models to enhance demand forecasting accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and improve supplier performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with procurement and planning teams to prioritize data science initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 12-15 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields, with a focus on procurement, planning, third-party manufacturing, or distribution.
  • Strong proficiency in data science tools, data warehouses, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
