Job Title: Senior Operations Strategist

Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Lead to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating our company culture and brand within the center, attracting and retaining top talent, and executing our vision, mission, and overall strategy.

The Site Lead is accountable for the overall direction, scaling, and operations of the site, creating a strong operational culture, maintaining high performance, and ensuring high quality throughout the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the day-to-day operations, governance, and marketing of the center.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative digital strategies that meet the needs of the organization in driving business transformation and enhancing customer experience.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain local policies, procedures, and systems designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to company codes of conduct and quality standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure timely delivery and high-quality services.
  • Coach and mentor the team, establishing company strategy and operating governance models.
  • Support global functional teams such as HR, Finance, EBS, etc., in managing their functions and teams in-country.
  • Build an employer of choice brand, develop innovation programs, and promote across teams globally.
  • Manage team performance by effectively leading teams to meet expectations and standards.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Site Lead will provide support to the senior management team in ongoing process improvement and governance initiatives.
