Job Title: Telecom Solutions ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive solutions for IT products and services, leveraging expertise in telecom domain consulting, solution design, and architecture.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on telecom practice development.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology and strategy.
  • Design and implement E2E solution architecture, component or system design, and solution implementation in telecom OSS/BSS domain.
  • Liaise with product/technical and operations teams to develop new products and services.
  • Conduct workshops and design thinking sessions to understand IT processes, technology, and architecture.
  • Deliver business insights through report translation and analytics.
Requirements:
  • 4-15 years experience in telecom domain consulting, solution design, and architecture.
  • Strong knowledge in telecom domain and experience across business and technology roles.
  • Excellent understanding of eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, ODA frameworks relevant for telecommunication domain.
  • Able to understand and translate business requirements.
  • Good experience in data modelling, UML, integration patterns, and technologies like 4G/5G/Metro Ethernet/ATM/MPLS/SONET/SDH.
  • Fair understanding of B2C & B2B Product Lifecycle management.
