Job Title: Financial Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in accounting who are eager to expand their skills and grow within a supportive fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry and financial transactions
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation for audit purposes
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and other financial reports
  • Work closely with senior accounting team members to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Generate and analyze financial reports using Excel to support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B Com), Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software, including Tally, QuickBooks, or any ERP systems
