Influencer Marketing Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding influencers across various social media platforms who align with our objectives.
In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination.
You will collaborate with account managers and clients to develop influencer marketing strategies that meet brand objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Additionally, you will draft and negotiate contracts with influencers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A successful Talent Manager will have excellent analytical skills, the ability to think creatively, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
