Scalable Data Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable data solutions using cloud technologies.
The Data Engineer will work on cutting-edge technologies like PySpark, AWS Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, and more to power our data-driven decision-making. They will build and maintain robust ETL pipelines, collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to ensure data quality and availability, and optimize SQL queries for efficient data transformation.
The Data Engineer will also use Git for version control and code collaboration, design and manage scalable data lakes using AWS S3 and related services, and work with Amazon DynamoDB and Redshift for high-performance data storage.
Additionally, they will create interactive dashboards using Amazon QuickSight, automate workflows with AWS Step Functions, Lambda, and EventBridge, and monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, and SQL
- Proficient in Git and AWS services (Glue, S3, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, DynamoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with Databricks and its ecosystem
