Business Tax Reviewer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience in reviewing and filing Business tax returns to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 tax seasons of experience in Business tax returns at a similar or equivalent position. Experience working with a certified public accountant (CPA) firm in the US would be an added advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and file Business tax returns including Form 1065, 1120, and 1120S
  • Conduct research on various complex tax topics on a case-by-case basis
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in major tax laws, both at the IRS and state level
  • Draft responses to Tax Notices and compile required documents
  • Prepare and file 1099 Forms for various accounting clients at year-end
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to expand tax department operations
