Swedish Educator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a Swedish language specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Swedish and English, experience in content creation within the language learning sector, and leadership skills necessary to mentor subject matter experts.

The role involves designing and developing engaging Swedish language learning content tailored to the needs of learners in the US market. This includes collaborating with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum, utilizing feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness, and staying updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Swedish and strong English communication skills.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Swedish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
